 Found the same thing Deisel, my success rate for snorre is much higher on either live bait or popping. But popping without a doubt is the most effective way for them on some dams. Personally I feel dams with high volumes of Moggels are better suited i.e. Krugersdrift, Vaaldam, Bloemhof, Erfenis, Gariep, etc.

Popping up dead baits with foam has helped a helluva lot also.
