I back you guys 100%!!! What I merely tried to bring across was that without proper training, supervising and control this will always happen, if a person doesn't know the wrong from a right then it's difficult to enforce certain regulations. (I am aware that it's also an attitude problem)

If there's a restriction on vehicles per day, then YES the law should be adhered to and the "guardians" should do their damn job.

As for drinking on the beach it's illegal! Once again one can point fingers at the local authorities or police on duty. So in a nutshell, perhaps the issue should be raised with the relevant park's management - suggestions ect...
