Some feedback, I've been using the middle weight (20lbs tuna class?) Fenwick from the ski with little narrow spool Penn Warfare 20N and some 0,5 Big Game mono.
Caught a number of Geelbek, a few shoal ones but most were the 8 - 9kg shots.
Rod is very lightweight and such a comfortable, easy fishing forgiving combo. Really enjoyed using it, and no issues or niggles.
Also tested rod and drag against a scale, and looks happy with 8 to 9kg drag setting.
Needless to say some of the bek found their way back to Gramps
