Hi Chaps, Im totally new to kite fishing, not new to fishing for sharks, but I am trying to learn as much as possible so I dont bugger up too much when I get out there

I have gathered everything is almost the same but scaled up a bit

So my question is what type and size hooks are the guys using ? I dont think my 10/0 Daitchis are going to cut it anymore HAHA

Thanks chaps !

Hi there I either use 20/0 eagle claw circle hooks or them new 16/0 big mustad demons when using circle hooks. I use them big double j-hooks too when it is needed. 3-4m of 1.5mm to 2mm steel cable coated with a 3/0 power swivel and a 1.8mm to 2.5mm wind-on leader depending to wind strength area etc.
