Evening everybody, I haven t been active on Sealine for a long time. This to inform everyone that my friend Anton "Daisy" Bothma, died last night at one of a suspected heart attack. His wife told me he didn't suffer and he died quite suddenly.

A truly lovely man who unselfishly gave of himself, his advice, vast knowledge and time to others...indeed he appeared to be a true saved believer in the Saviour...this forum has lost one of the very best...thoughts and comfort to his loved ones and many friends.

@Emps, I raised the possibility of having a Wall of Remembrance somewhere on Sealine, some years ago, so we don't forget Sealiners who pass away. We have lost many Sealiners who contributed immensely to the quality of content of this forum and it would just be fitting to have somewhere on the site where "plaques" of such late Sealiners can be posted. Not a chat thread, a wall of remembrance.

More than one members of Admin undertook to address the matter but nothing ever came of it. I remember that every time the issue was raised, it was positively received by both Admin and Sealiners.
