Hi Gents

We are thinking off doing a week at Vidal in mid-Jan, probably going to book at the "log cabins". Obviously want to take the jet ski with, is it possible to launch there? I have read that they only 3 jet skis a day, but the last post was in 2012.

- Are jet skis allowed (fishing, not recreational)
- Anyone have the updated figure of launches that they allow per day?
- Is there fuel for sale in Vidal
- Any other gen info/tips are welcome

Thanks Anthony

jetskis for fishing only , no playing in the surf
yip still only 3 jetskis allowed at a time.
according to uncle Piet.
yes petrol is sold there, so no worries

mid jan is a good time.
out of season is the best with the ski's, but many jetski guys then do the same trip.
so a possible wait in line scenario thing

strongs

i know......but how do inform parks board of the matter?

they will still argue 3x jetskis.
st lucia is 5x jetskis

been there done that....oja

anything they see as a pwc!!!!

finish and klaar. thus a aqua quad is also seen as a pwc regardless of it having a out board engine fitted!!!

Zaloumis have been removed, and Castis have been suspended, so expect some more rational management of fisherfolk in the area.
