Has anybody done this? It looks pretty awesome and easy but when I have used spray paints to re-colour lures, the paint chips and wears off easy. Maybe I was using water based spray paints. Any comments?

I tried this on one of my poppers, could not get it to work, so if you find a way, please let me know.
