Are you referring to the steel / coated called Blood wire / line, if so yes, I have yonks ago, crimped it, but after a few strikes or fished the coating might go off, ripped apart. And you will need to change it... Mostly used it for bottoms in Moz, again years ago, like 12yrs? Do you still get them. Do you have a pic of the line or spool?
