Howsit everyone!

Advice please: Where in Randburg can I buy boating specific spares...? I need to replace the inline fuel filter (one of those glass ones) with a similar one.. also looking for a secondary fuel tank.

I know about Linex Yamaha and Honda Marine - do they sell spares?

Any advice would be appreciated - thanks! :)

Although they are more a yachting shop, I have had good service and decent enough pricing out of Texwise but not sure about tanks. I have not had much success with Linex but maybe you will. Linex will have spare tanks but I've found their pricing to be harsh in general. My boating place of choice though is Motor King and Marine in PTA. They are well stocked and well priced. I bought a fuel tank there about a year ago. At least they carry a few options. You could also get an inline filter from Autozone or any motor vehicle shop.

Thanks for the feedback, Limpopoking!

Texwise is closed on Saturdays so I ended up at Waterworld on Malibongwe drive. They stock a good bit of variety. Probably a little more expensive than I could have gotten it elsewhere, but it was a pretty good experience. http://www.waterworld.co.za/

True... Forgot about Waterworld. I bought a hydraulic steering kit from them. They are pricey but not too bad. They've got some seriously big and expensive boats on their floor... I always find it a bit intimidating going there.

True! Those large party boat things are hella intimidating! :) My 9-y/o son had a blast though hahaha.
