Hi,

I have done some research, and it seems like it is illegal to spear inside the bay of Vilankulos, as Rob Allen noted a long time ago in another thread, on Spearboard.com.

Is that still the case? thus, not a good option for a spearo's vacation since you have to travel long distances just to first get out of the bay?
