 I got this rod last year and used it about 4 times during my Dec holiday.  I found that I prefer a less stiff rod as I more frequently used my son's Penn Regiment which is just the right level for me.
This is the older model and I added the Wynn grip.

The strange portion on the middle section (next to the bionic finger in the pic) is glue from the sticker, I did not try to remove it.

 Just an update. I decided to give the rod another go and see if I can improve my casting style with such a stiff rod. Will put it up for sale again if I really can't make it work for me.
