Hi Jody Had one and loved the rod. However I snapped the top section of the rod while casting. I'm not one of the guys that CAN cast and I do not put a lot of power in my action, neither do I ever put more weight on it than stated. SO, for me to break a rod is very strange. Anyway, I couldn't get any spare parts because the rod has been discontinued and had to sell it "AS IS", basically giving it away. My opinion: DO NOT BUY THE ROD! Very good rod..had 15ft...friend is still happy with rod.... parts massive problem .. no spare tips
