Fishing specialist dont have anymore and most shops dont have. They all complain about Nature Con not being too helpful, pluss the book is expensive. For those who don't want to go to belville, I picked mine up at flamingo vlei last friday.

The building is opposite Bellville library. If you stand infront of the Belville library looking away from it, it's the building to the right, ask the car gaurd he will point you in the in the right direction. Think 3rd floor or something.

By law if they ask you for a liscence and you don't have one - you have the right to ask them to purchase one from them there and then - especially if there is a lack of availability

Whats wrong with the post-office one?
I have a post-office one, and its fine. I have been asked at Breede and Doordekraal, and its fine.
Think its R60 at any post-office.

Hey Southpaw

Just go to the yacht club near that penquin rehab centre. Ask the first Cape Nature con guy you see.
