While visiting the Western Cape from KZN over the last couple of years I've bumped int a number of 'local' fishermen. one provincial who have been extremely helpful/ willing to assist with advice etc. There has been the odd exception but on the whole this seems to be the norm as opposed to the 'locals only' attitude of some anglers. Which coastal province gets your vote for the best angling ambassadors?

The guys up north in the western cape. I love taking my holidays up in Lamberts / Elands Bay areas. Have to say only good experiences there. Most are plain old fasion poeple that always have a minute for a stranger.
