I have a couple of prototype Specimen Carp fishing rods that I had built and ordered samples of from a factory in China a while back. I was going to return to SA and look into importing these rods. Subsequently my plans changed and unfortunately I won't be returning to SA any time soon.
The rods are made of 30T carbon. They are 2 piece, 12ft, 3.25lb rods with a cross woven sliver grey finish. The rods are also fitted with SIC guides. I would like to get the last few that I have sold, and so I would like to offer these rods to anyone who is interested at R450 a rod. This is basically how much they cost me to have built and shipped to SA.
At the same time that I bought the rods I also bought 2 ply yarn PVA mesh from a manufacturer in England. It is packaged in 5m refill packs and can fit tubes of diameter 35-42 mm. I am looking for R30 per 5m refill, again this is cost price. I got a good deal so I had bough a whole lot for personal use, but as I am not in SA and can't use this stuff myself I thought I would offer it to you guys here on Sealine.
