Zinkwasi

Since I was last on the forum I have been fishing Zinks quite a bit, fishing past December was really good, I found some good marlin waters lost w blues there, prob due to inexperience tho. I did get some nice ambers out lots of yellow fin and some good couta. Also got my first wahoo off there.

Tell me a bit about the launch.

well its in a sheltered area rocks on the south side has a nice pool you can sit in and gets deep very quicly. There are two areas you can launch from one is the beach the other is from the lagoon which has a slipway .From the lagoon you ride to the mouth which for the most part is closed, the tractor pulls you over then pushes you in. Frickie the tractor driver is excellent.there is really no tricks to the launch, I have a 670 butt cat and it launches there with ease.
