Hi there Razeen.

I hope this reply is not too late.

I can only help you really with edible fishing.

Knysna : I have only fished the lagoon and caught the usual grunter kob and so on on mud prawn from the banks, the prawns you can get anywhere on the banks of the lagoon which is plentyfull at low tide, if you get your hands on some live bait try your luck by the heads I've seen many people trying this.

Plett : Is where I usally fish when I am up in that area, Keurboomstrand is great for surf fishing I have picked up some beutiful kob and pig nose off the beach. Also robberg mountain to the point, a bit of a walk though +-1.5 hours but a really great spot for yellowtail. Beacon Island (where the hotel is) off the rocks your can get chad, cracker and the usual rock species but it tends to get a bit crowded when the fish are biting.

I hope this has helped a bit.

good luck

regards

Marcello

i also used to get seasick but now i dont , the best thing u can do is  eat dry crackers /cracker biskits and drink ginger beer. the ginger from the ginger beer helps calm the tummy down. give it a try the next time u go out to sea. dont have milk , its one of the worse things to have b4 a trip.

try using an elastroplast plaster(the material 1).

cut out the sides and put each side behind each ear just below your earlobe.

it helps to balance the fluids in your ear that keep you in balance.....

and it works! a guy that i know who goes deep sea all the time does this and it works for him.
