You have balls man...I love that kind of nonsense!...even if you don't catch, just to be able to grow old and tell the youngsters you have done it!
I have done some weird shit trips in my life on land and on sea and have never regretted one second thereof!
To be practical (and safer) I suppose, have you ever considered for you guys to club together and charter a displacement diesel trawler from one of your fishery fleets with crew quarters and a galley and steam out there for three or four days and nights?
If the fishing is good someone could start a good business along those lines...South Africans will pay I am sure and it is a good "manne" thing!
