What is the best and strongest knot

Hi guy's can you please  vote for the strongest knot to connect 0.5 and 0.55 mm mono line to swivels and hooks.

This is gonna mess up your poll but for me the Palomar knot is the best all round knot for terminal tackle

I only use the uni knot but for me the most important thing about a knot is... a bad knot tied well is better than a good knot tied bad. Just my 2c

I still use the palomar with up to .60mm but instead of trying to push a doubled loop through the hook's eye I take the slightly longer way of pushing one strand through and the doubling back and then carry on like normal - remember to moisten the line before pulling it tight

There are only 4 types of knots I use daily:

1.mono to mono - fig 8
2.dropshot braid to florocarbon line - albright knot
3.braid backing to mono - catspaw knot
4.mono to heavy leader line - bimini twist with a fig 8...

No stress no fuss!!!!

DITTO! And fig 8 to tie on hooks, swivels (mono and steel)

The strongest knot would be a bimini with a catspaw connection to the swiwel!!!!!AND PLEASE ANY ONE DO TELL ME I AM WRONG......

but i know you wont use it for fishing.
i make a double figure of 8.

Makes for some interesting reading. I note that the Maxima line that so many of us use locally is one of the lines that tested the poorest. Makes you think.....
