Seriously doubt if there are any bronzies in Falsebay, they generally dissappear from april some following the sardines up to durban and others move off to the deep feeding on snoek and yellowtail. If you wanna target big shark you will have to look at cows, soupfin or spearnose skates in winter

one thing though...

it mentions the biggest Ray! now does this count for a skate as-well?

on the rules there is no mention of a spearnose! just a thorntail... so i geuss that is 100 points in the bag if you get a spearnose?

or do you mean the heaviest shark? meaning by weight?

The WP Species will be added to the list for the next comp. If they are not done in time, I will give 100 points to the species not on the list. Biggest Ray prize will include skates as well. Biggest shark wil be heaviest fish. Send me your details via email and i'll sort you out with the registration.
