Hello again Folks.
I'm off to the Florida Keys in May for some tarpon fishing from boats. Hwoever, i'll be takign soem tackle to slide with for when i'm not out on the boats.
However, the waters close to shore there are very calm and very shallow (2-6 feet deep moslty).
Does anyone have any experience of sliding in waters like this? Do you have any tips? Shoudl i used weighted or unweighted slides? Is it possible to slide a deadbait out, or must i use a livebait?
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Tim
