guys, i heard that the brushers has been biting well at ansteys and few good ones came out last week?

is it true and did any of you durbanites get any ?

i fished the whole day last  saturday with prawn and squid maar niks ...

try crab ,muscleman crabs ,best bait for brusher and hold your rod best pull you will get from any edible fish

howzit guys

 

friend of mine was fishing ansteys on tuesday 09.09.08 and a brusher of +/- 4kgs was landed, not much else except small shad.

copper bream are also about. DON'T throw far ..... 20/30 meters on the high tide . Prawn seems to be working , fish averaging 2kg . If you watch carefuly you can sometime see them on the ledges with the movement of water.Remember fish the white turbulent water.
