Congratulations to the Protea Ladies Match Angling team that came 2nd overall at the 19th Ladies World Championship in the Netherlands.
After Day 1, they were 5th overall. They 'won' Day 2 and came 2nd overall over two days the championships were held. Conditions were very testing with strong winds and rain.

1.Czech Republic
2.South Africa
3.Netherlands
The SA Team managed to beat some of the World's strongest teams, i.e. England, Italy & the Netherlands.
We had 4 ladies placed in the top 20, with Adele Liebenberg finishing 6th overall.
